Minister Gloria Brown
Praise the Lord, my name is Minister Gloria L. Brown. I re-dedicated my life back to Christ and became a member here at Believer’s Fellowship Church in 1995. The Lord saved me, healed me, and He filled me with His precious Holy Spirit. He has delivered me from the foolish things of this world, and He’s equipping me for His Kingdom building.
The Lord gave to me the vision over 10 years ago on how I was to start a Newsletter (The Believer’s Banner) for our Church, in which I am the Editor/Writer. I totally rely on the leading of the Holy Spirit in the preparation and writing each month along with all the members and non-members who chose to share articles and such each month to make our Monthly Newsletter what it is today. I also prepare our Sunday weekly bulletins, special programs, and take the minutes in our monthly Ministers meetings. For over 8 years I have been an active participant in our early Morning Prayer/Through the Bible Study 4 days a week at 6:30 a.m. under the teachings of Bishop Vinson L. Williams.
In 2004 my steps were ordered to attend the 4 day Bishop T.D. Jakes Megafest Conference in Atlanta Georgia. It was there that the Lord met me there and changed the course of my direction in my life. One early morning while in the Superdome at the Megafest Worship Service in one of Prophesstess Juanita Bynum’s Service, what occurred there I can hardly describe with words. Trying to describe in human terms was likened to be as if I was in labor and giving birth. Something had taken place in the Spirit realm. However, I didn’t know what at that time. In the spirit God has revealed to me since, that I was to be elevated, and He called me to teach in Ministry. I now teach the New Members Class and I am on the Ministerial Staff here at the Church under the direction of the Pastor. God has anointed me to be His Servant in spreading the Gospel of Jesus through print, in a prison ministry, and to this local body that I am a part of.
To God be the glory!
